Needs lots of work!

I was very excited to hear of this app! Unfortunately when it comes to the set up of your childs device there is obviously still work to be done. You can not get past the step of download on your childs device. I tried multiple times from multiple Internet sources to down load the childs side of the app. I also unloaded and reloaded (or attempted to reload) both apps to no avail! Obviously this app and/or software needs more work! VERY disappointed!
