Frustrating

My son knows where to go in and delete the certificate removing the function of the ap - would like to be able to password protect the certificate so it cant be removed.

Also the fact that it doesnt shut the whole phone down is a bit frustrating. Texting is our big issue and it doesnt shut down texting abilities when we need them shut down.
